At Holyport School the extra activities offered enhance the learning that goes on in all parts of the school every day. We are able to offer an extensive extended care programme exclusively for our pupils.
We encourage as many children as possible to participate in the wide range of activities available, as this forms an integral part of the overall Holyport School experience.
Our Breakfast Club is available from 7.50am – 8.30am which enables children to be dropped off at school early. We provide a selection of breakfast cereals and toast and a drink. After their breakfast we provide a range of activities to keep the children entertained until they are ready to go to their classes to start the school day. The cost of the breakfast club is £5.00.
We run a range of after school sports clubs each term and these are subject to change. These are communicated to parents before each half term.
Current activities include:
Tagging and dodging games
Multisports
Netball
Dodgeball
Football
Magical Maths - external provider
Sewing Club - external provider
FAST Club
Managed and delivered by staff who are also part of our main school team, this ensures that the high standards of our provision are consistent throughout each child's experience with us. Our Fast Club runs daily between 3.15pm and 5.15pm during term time. The cost of the session is £14.00. Each session gives the children the opportunity to enjoy an hour sports activity with our sports coach. All children will also receive a hot meal and beverages.
We use a booking system called ParentPay to book spaces on our breakfast and afterschool clubs. Admission will be by booking sessions online on the School’s payment platform www.parentpay.com
Please contact the School office via sbm@holyportprimaryschool.co.uk as early as possible if you pay by childcare vouchers and we can make the booking on your behalf. The childcare voucher payment must be made in advance, in the half term before a club starts. Only Childcare vouchers or ParentPay payments will be accepted.
