At Holyport School the extra activities offered enhance the learning that goes on in all parts of the school every day. We are able to offer an extensive extended care programme exclusively for our pupils.

We encourage as many children as possible to participate in the wide range of activities available, as this forms an integral part of the overall Holyport School experience. 

Wraparound Childcare

Holyport Primary School offers an on-site Breakfast and After School Club, FAST Club, for its families to extend the school day. Please find details about this wraparound childcare below, as well as information on how to book any sessions you may need.

What happens at the clubs?

Breakfast Club – enables children to be dropped off at school early.  We provide a selection of breakfast cereals and toast and a drink.  After their breakfast we provide a range of activities to keep the children entertained until they are ready to go to their classes to start the school day.  

Afterschool Club (FAST Club) – managed and delivered by staff who are also art of our main school team, this ensures that the high standards of our provision are consistent throughout each child’s experience with us.  FAST Club runs daily during term time.  Each session gives the children the opportunity to enjoy an hour sports activity* with our sports coach.  All children will also receive a light tea and beverages if Option 1 or Option 3 is selected.

Bookings and Payments

We use an external provider to manage our bookings – Childcare Bookings for Schools. They provide an online booking system for our wraparound care and manage all of the associated admin.

Please note: Before making your first booking, you will firstly need to register an account. This process should take no longer than 5 minutes and requires that you provide details for:

• The account holder (you) and your child(ren)
• Two different emergency contacts
• A payment card (no payment will be taken, but a card will be required to make bookings)

Once you have registered an account, you will be able to start making bookings. To do so, simply click here to log in to your online booking account https://holyport.cbfs.uk/ and use the ‘Bookings’ dropdown menu at the top of the webpage to begin requesting your sessions.

The payment methods available are Card, Tax-Free Childcare or Childcare Vouchers.

*Activity Clubs

We run a range of afterschool activity clubs each term and these are subject to change.  These are communicated to parents before each half term and booked via our ParentPay system.  Current activities include tagging and dodgeball games, multi-sports, netball, dodgeball and football.  We also have external providers – Magical Maths and a Sewing Club.
